This entrance to the Cathedral of Valencia was started by the German artist Konrad Rudolf in the early 18th century. The sculptors Francisco and Ignacio Vergara participated in it.

It is narrow because it faced the end of a street, Zaragoza; It was so called because its lands were ceded to the Aragonese who participated in the conquest of Valencia. When the blocks were demolished to form the Plaza de la Reina, the façade lost all its scenographic effect, so characteristic of the Baroque.
