Section VIII of the Turia Garden runs from the Real bridge to the Exposition bridge and its 75,600 m2 were thought, initially, as a popular plantation (tree festival).

The most frequent trees in section VIII are privets, poplars, wool trees and maples.

In the area closest to the Exposition bridge there is a football field.

In total, the Turia Garden is about 9 km. long, but some sections are poorly maintained.

Section IX, between the Exposition Bridge and the Las Flores Bridge, was once occupied by the works on the metro (Alameda Station). It was built in the years 2000-2001 and occupies an area of 34,439 m2.

It has an esplanade for holding events, such as fairs and firework displays.

Sections X and XI of the Jardín del Turia go from the Puente de las Flores to the Puente del Ángel Custodio. These sections have an area of 135,275 m2.

These sections will be definitively designed by the workshop of the architect Ricardo Bofill. In them the vegetation of stone pines, palm trees and cypresses abounds.

This is an area of clearly childish character. In addition to the Gulliver slides, it has miniature golf and skateboard tracks; also two giant chess. All surrounded by grass and vegetation.

From this section is the City of Arts and Sciences, in sections from XIII to XVI. To complete the garden, still missing sections XVII and XVIII.
