The building on the right is the Casa Vestuario, from the late 18th century. Its architect was José García and it serves as a meeting place for the magistrates of the Water Court before attending the trials that are held opposite, at the door of the Apostles of the cathedral. It is also a public library.

Formerly it was used for municipal authorities to dress to participate in public ceremonies, hence its name.
